Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is hand picked and carefully inspected before it is shipped. If a live product is dead when you received it, simply email a photograph to Coral Outlet with in two hours of delivery. Email times will be checked against delivery times and if consistent a refund for the purchase price (only) will be issued with in 24 hours.

Overnight - UPS Next Day Air Saver is offered at $ 48.99.

Florida Residence - UPS Next Day ground is offered at $ 18.99.

Due to UPS and Fedex limitations The Florida Residence Rate does not include the Florida Pan Handle.

Coral Outlet only ships to the 48 Contiguous United States.

UPS Next Day Air can be an afternoon arrival. If you require a morning arrival please email us for a custom shipping quote. Guaranteed am deliveries are substantially more expensive.
